Chocolate Bavarese


A masterpiece of sweetness made by Panarello’s pastry chefs. Made with our Panarello cake, then covered with fresh cream and united with gianduia chocolate; the cake is then decorated with dark chocolate. Available in our stores in two sizes. Store at -18°.

Torta bavarese al cioccolato: torta Regina (egg yolk, egg white, almonds), fresh cream (fresh milk cream, sugar), sugar, dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavouring), neutral gelatin (syrup of glucose, sugar, water, anti-caking agent: E555, colouring: E171, gelling agent: E406, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202), low-fat cocoa, gelling agent: edible gelatin.
May contain: soybeans, peanuts, other nuts.
