REGINETTA
An individual portion of Torta Regina: multiple layers of Torta Panarello filled with regina cream, soaked in maraschino and topped with a generous dusting of icing sugar.
Ingredients
Reginetta: egg yolk, egg whites, almonds, butter cream (butter 60%, zabaglione (sugar, egg yolk, marsala wine, wheat flour)), icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), maraschino (alcohol, water, natural flavourings), flavourings, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch). May contain: soybeans, peanuts, other nuts.

NEGRITINA
A fluffy, chocolate-infused Torta Panarello base, filled with a sweet layer of apricot jam. A drizzle of extra dark chocolate on top adds an extra indulgent touch.
Ingredients
Negritina: whole egg, sugar, almonds, wheat flour, butter, cocoa, bitter paste (sugar, vegetable fat and oil (palm, safflower oil, illipe, shea, rice and sunflower in variable proportions), skimmed cocoa powder 15%, hazelnuts, whole milk powder, almonds, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavouring), apricot puree (glucose syrup – fructose, apricot puree, sucrose, thickener: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: E202), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate), wheat starch, flavouring. May contain: peanuts, other nuts.
