\n<\/b>Mignon allo zabaione: <\/em>zabaglione cream 50% (sugar, egg<\/strong> white, marsala wine, wheat flour<\/strong>), cream puffs (butter<\/strong>, whole eggs<\/strong>, wheat<\/strong> flour, egg<\/strong> white, salt), vcing (sugar, glucose syrup).

Mignon al cioccolato: <\/em>chocolate cream 50% (custard (whole milk<\/strong>, sugar, egg<\/strong> yolk, rice starch), cocoa cream (sugar, low-fat cocoa powder 17%, vegetable oil (sunflower, safflower, rice in varying proportions), hazelnuts<\/strong> , vegetable fat (coconut, cocoa and sunflower in variable proportions), skimmed milk<\/strong> powder, cocoa butter, almonds, emulsifier: soy<\/strong> lecithin, vanilla powder), puff pastry (butter<\/strong>, whole eggs<\/strong>, wheat<\/strong> flour, egg<\/strong> white, salt), cocoa glaze (sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa powder).
